Recipe
I thought I would share when I have a good and easy recipe with you Ladies. So here is the first of hopefully many as I have promised Jimmy I will start experimenting in the kitchen. I had gotten really good about new recipes and then my back happened and he was lucky thier was good in the house, let alone on the table :) So this is called Chicken N Pastry. We thoroughly enjoyed this...
Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheets
Alouette garlic and herb cheese spread
2-4 boneless chicken breasts halves (I used thin cut)
3 T. melted butter
Thaw pastry sheets and cut each sheet in half. Spread each sheet with cheese spread and place one piece of chicken on top. Fold and seal the edges with melted butter. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

Girlie Get Together...
So I got to meet three of the ladies from the boards. We met in Orlando and had some Crispers for lunch. Then saw Dear John. Excellent movie. Not the same as the book exactly, but with Channing Tatum 1/2 naked alot of the movie I was not complaining. Then we headed over to Sweet! for some delish cupcakes. I was in heaven. We ended the outting by freezing our butts off (yes we live in Florida, yes it was very cold!) chatting in the parking lot not wanting to get in our cars and leave...or at least that was my feeling. H2 was a doll and gave us gifts. I have mine at my desk and on my body which is making me smile all day today. It's making a Monday that much easier. I can't wait for our next meeting. Maybe with the boys? Ladies? Here we are!

Cheesey?
So I'm in a blah kind of mood. I had another temp drop this morning. I'm still above the cover line and I still haven't nosed dived as in previous months. But my temp just keeps slowly creeping down further and further. Not sure what it means, but it's pissing me off. I dread wiping as I just "know" I'm going to see blood. And this month was so "different" in so many ways that I was feeling so confident. My usual PMS symptoms were not in place. Instead of being famished and eating and eating...I had very little appetite and little appeal in food. Now don't get me wrong. Once I started to eat I would finish my meal and had no issue eating. I just didn't necessarily feel hungry even when my stomache would be growling. Now my PMDD was in full rage. In fact ::hangs head:: I even doubled up on my meds for a week to try and control them. It was rough week...but still...anyway...I'm off topic here. I was writing to ask if this has ever happened to anyone else. I know this is cheese city...so sue me. Ever been driving down the road, left hand on the steering wheel and catch a glimpse of your bands and think I am so in love with this man and so blessed to have him in my life. I can't believe that I get to make my family with him!! Or is that just me?

St. Augustine
Jimmy and I cruised up to St. Augustine on Saturday for his birthday celebration. However Mother Nature decided to bring a whole lot of rain that day as well. The Pros...we almost had the whole town to ourselves. The Cons...no pictures of our day or the town. Guess I'll just have to rely on mental memories...I might be in trouble :) But we headed up there and stopped at the San Sebastian Winery for a tasting. Horrible, horrible. I did not like any of the wines and Jimmy didn't like that they give you spit glasses of the stuff. So off to town we head. Stop at the Crazy Cork and have a real wine tasting. Purchasing a bottle (or two) for our time. It was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The lady was funny and knowledgable and the wine was delish and reseonably priced. It made the whole trip up there worth it. From there we proceeded to walk around for 6 hours. It was so much fun. We stopped in shops and had a lovely lunch and stopped in some more shops. Just spending time together and enjoy the day. It started getting busier later when the rain slowed down. But by then we were ready to head on home. With a perfect day together behind us and some Valentine's Day chocolate wine tucked in our back seat :)
